Who is suitable for riding CY20?

The SAMEBIKE CY20 is a lightweight folding electric bike that is perfect for city riding and commuting, and can also be carried for travel.

Can I ride the CY20 in the rain?

Although SAMEBIKE electric bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so please be careful and try to avoid riding in the rain. As for the waterproof rating, the entire bike meets the IP64 standard, including the motor, battery and display.

What is the warranty?

All SAMBIKEs are covered by the manufacturer's 1-3 year all-inclusive warranty for all manufacturing defects for the original owner. (All free parts are not covered by the warranty). Click here to view more warranty content .
