Customers praised this fat tire off-road ebike for its exceptional battery life, smooth rides, and solid build quality. Many noted it's "perfect for daily use" and handles hills effortlessly. However, the weight is a common concern, with shoppers finding it "heavy and awkward" to transport. Some mentioned minor issues with brakes, pedal position, and rattling sounds.

Amazing battery life - it literally just takes one bar off the battery for my daily commute
Absolutely love this bike, it's giving me my independence back. Gets up hills no problems
Looks and feels like a much more expensive machine. Well built, comfortable and plenty of power

Brilliant

Brilliant, I love it, seems very well made for the money

I weigh 115kg and 6"4

I weigh 115kg and 6"4. brighton is very hilly and I work this bike hard. really impressed by its sturdyness

Big but beautiful

It's a lot bigger than I expected which will impact how it gets used due to it's weight. I guess I won't be throwing it in the trunk of the car very often but it does make it a great ride. The weight gives it a feeling of stability and assurance, it is solid, not going to break easily and should last a lifetime.

everything i'd hoped for with an ebike

very impressed with overall build quality and performance for price
im over 6 foot 4 and there is still ample adjustment in seat post and handlebars.
Delivered quickly and fully tracked from the UK warehouse in Birmingham to my door.

Amazing battery life

As a returning customer upgrading from the 20LVXD30-II, I’m quite impressed at how much the battery lasts. I use it to commute to work everyday and it literally just takes one bar off the battery. My rides are smooth as well. I love it!

Great bike

Great bike. Well made. Really happy with it.
Has got a little annoying tinny rattle every so often, but I’ll find it

It works perfectly

It works perfectly.

Quality build

Great build quality easy to use bit on the heavy side battery seems to last forever

The bike

The bike is great, although I think it could do with a couple more gears, it’s heavier than I thought it would be, I’ve had it just over a week and done 60miles mostly on road but will be taking it off road this weekend, overall very happy with it and will continue to enjoy it I’m sure

Love it...

Love it, except it is very difficult to get panniers to fit due to the non-standard 20mmm rear rack tubing. Handle bar grips get very sweaty. Quick release seat post, handle bars and skewer for the front wheel.

This is a seriously fun bike

This is a seriously fun bike. I'm a "less able" person and need the throttle, and it's just the job. The 7 gears are really smooth when changing. It's pretty much set up out of the box, just the seat, front wheel and light, and mud guard. It was fully charged ready to go.
The suspension is good, and takes up a lot of bumps. I've done 65 miles so far on 1 charge, ranging from walking pace with my wife, to power assist level 4 for 10 miles, and throttle only 15.5mph down an off road track. Faultless in all accounts. The only thing to get used to is the 2 second delay in the assist mode when you move off, AND 2 second delay when stopping peddling. The latter is relevant if you're coming up to a junction, just be ready with the breaks.
The peddle assist is the same power in all 5 modes, just that it will help you up to 6, 9, 11, 13, 15.5 mph respectively.
The price is exceptional compared to all other similar bikes, and it's very sturdy.
All in all, I'm very happy with it.

Great bike, my grandmother bought this for me but sadly passed away before I had the opportunity to show it to her.

Very Good Service

Very Good Service 😊

Smooth ride with a great battery

I’m very happy with this bike. It rides smoothly, the battery performs well, and the throttle works efficiently. Overall, it’s been great to use.

Great bike! I bought this bike to make my daily commute to and from work

Great bike! I bought this bike to make my daily commute to and from work, best decision I've made! The only issue I have is that the peddle position is very close to the ground (i found this out when i was taking a corner and at its lowest position it made contact with the floor!)

Hi i bought the RS-A0 PRO

Hi i bought the rs-a02 and love it i tried to set rear shock spring to my weight but couldn't i ended up with a squeaky noise so I bought a air shock and fitted it now A1 😀👌👌

Absolutely love this bike

Absolutely love this bike, it’s giving me my independence back. Gets up hills no problems. Its so easy to use. Very sturdy bike.

My fabulous fat tire bike

I am so pleased with my fat tyre bike. Plenty of cushion going over the bumps really enjoying the freedom it gives my ,it's fab.

Lovely bike

Lovely bike ,pleasure to ride apart from the breaks ,I hope they improve with use!

Excellent bike but bloody heavy and

Excellent bike but bloody heavy and awkward

very good bike

very good bike, good for big and tall people like me, doesn't look unsuitable. good burst up a hill for going around the hilly city of brighton

Great bike ...strong sturdy ...great fun

a bit heavy but good value

I have only used the bike twice and it is fantastic

I have only used the bike twice and it is fantastic. Excellent quality very well made. I want the bike for going on off road trails the only negative would be it is heavy and hard to put in my Car without help.
Standard bike racks are no good because of the weight. I'm going to get a rack that fits onto a tow hook.
That aside the bike in my opinion is fantastic and great value for money.
