Customers praised this electric bicycle as 'great value for money' with solid build quality and smooth performance. The battery delivers impressive range up to 40 miles, handles hills well, and features include throttle, lights, horn, and basket. Assembly is easy. Some noted the bike is heavy, and a few experienced color discrepancies or limited power on steep gradients.

I am happy with the bike. However, i ordered the grey, and received a box stating grey, but the bike is black.

Hi Roshni, thank you for your feedback! The bike you received is indeed grey, as indicated on the box. The black bike is usually darker in appearance, but rest assured, it's the same grey model you ordered. We appreciate your understanding!

Quick delivery, easy to set up although the instructions would of benefitted a English speaking person to write them. Very pleased with the build quality and the ride. I may buy another one for my wife so she can keep up with me.

Very useful bike

Really enjoying the bike -it was easy to assemble and easy to use. It feels very stable when cycling and gear and power changes are easy. I would have preferred to have a bit extra extension on the handlebars, but that a personal issue. Other than that I’m very happy with the bike.

Really pleased with bike. Quick delivery and lovely quality. Really easy to ride and use all functions.

I love it

I absolutely love my bike. First time I rode it I was smiling ear to ear and that feeling hasn't stopped yet. Has replaced the car and improved mental health. The speed sits unlocked around 22/24mph pedaling giving me confidence on the road. Normally I'm cautious going downhill on a bike but it feels solid and we fly down hills. I love everything about it. The USB charger and brake lights are handy and the horn is loud. There are many settings for the bike to adjust to preference. The battery is easy to remove and fits in a rucksack. The throttle is so handy when I need a quick break or to move off fast at a junction or roundabout. You can fit lots in the basket and I've added accessories like music speaker, phone holder and wing mirror. Love love love!

The bike was delivered earlier than expected and it was quite easy to assemble even though I am not not too technical.Everything works perfectly apart from the mark on the screen display .I first thought there was a protector but the crack is inside and there is nothing I can do about it so I decided to keep it because it is working perfectly

Great service and quick delivery

Lovely bike. Fantastic features, good battery life, quick delivery and easy to put together. Quite heavy but that’s not a concern due to pedal assist.
