Customers praised this electric folding bike for being "easy to assemble" with "excellent build quality" and "great value" for the price. Many noted strong hill performance and good battery life for daily commutes. However, several reviewers mentioned it's "extremely heavy" to lift, with one saying it "takes some muscle to lift onto a rack." Other concerns include uncomfortable seats, flimsy baskets, and confusing manuals.

Quick delivery, excellent build quality, very impressive performance and battery life.
The bike itself is brilliant and extremely easy to ride and is very quick.
Very easy to assemble with clear instructions. They are powerful! A great ride.

Ordered a new CY20 Samebike on the Sunday for my Wife and it was here on the Tuesday. Delivery was easy and straightforward. The delivery driver took the box to where we wanted it. Unpacking and setting up the bike was extremely simple. The bike itself is brilliant and extremely easy to ride and is very quick. I am a happy Customer with a happy Wife.

Bought this for my wife

Bought this for my wife , she loves it , but the seat could be more comfortable loved it so much I bought a sy20 pro for me

The bike is very good overall

The bike is good overall. The speed and brakes are reliable, and I feel safe riding it. I thought the battery capacity could be larger; however, the current charge is enough for my daily commute of around 12 miles.

The basket was disappointing, as it only lasted about five days before it became unusable. It would be much better if it were stronger and more durable.

Apart from that, I am happy with the bike and its performance. I have been using it for two weeks so far.

The bike runs fine

The bike runs fine. The basket felt a bit flimsy. There is no option to unlock slightly higher speeds.

Amazing

Great bike so quick no problems up hill now takes minutes to commute to work

Very nice ebike looks good and I'm looking forward to use it for my daily commute.

Good value and solid bikes

So far so good , bikes arrived quickly easy instructions to do the final assembly, good value and quality only been on a short couple of rides so far but the bikes have handled well , if I had to be critical I would like some way of the bikes to be locked in position when folded as they can open slightly when loading , that being said , we think they’re good value and sturdy bikes

I've jad nothing but issues with the front tire

Very good and pleasant

Great value electric bike

Great value electric bike. Does what it says on the tin as they say. Only advice missing was when assembling and locking the handlebars in the upright position, make sure that the locking clip screw is correctly tightened as it can otherwise become loose and unclip during use as happened to my wife. Shame frame is not alloy to make the bike lighter, but otherwise a great value bike. Delivery service as described and well notified.

Work well

Work well, value for money

Fast delivery

Brilliant purchase

Brilliant purchase.
Great price.
Very professional.
Would definitely use this service again.
Thank you.

Nice bike, bit weighty

The bike itself is really good, enough power for us Gen X folk, taking in the van or camping. Does the job going up hills. The 7 gears a little clunky but again adequate. My biggest problem is the weight. It’s billed as portable, which technically it is, however it takes some muscle to lift onto a rack. If you not hot to lift this on or off anything then it’s a really good adequate bike for a good price. I would absolutely love this bike if it were 8 or 9 kilos lighter.

Great
