    1) Maximum Speed: The default speed setting upon purchase aligns with EU/UK regulations at 25KM/H. 

    2) Maximum Power: The default motor power aligns with EU/UK regulations at 250W. 

    3) Product DOC Certification: All SAMEBIKE models have obtained CE certification,ensuring full compliance with legal standards.

    Although SAMEBIKE electric bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so please be careful and try to avoid riding in the rain. As for the waterproof rating, the entire bike meets the IP54 standard, the motor, battery and display is the IP64.

    This is my first ebike & so far very impressed. From ordering to delivery i was kept up to date & the courier arrived when scheduled. Quality of build is excellent & it was easy to assemble. Came with a set of panniers for the rear rack, which was a nice surprise. The steep hills here in North Wales are now fun to ride 😀

    I'm a bit disappointed the pass key option is no longer available, and therefore the NFC is useless.
    We've only been 15 miles on them so far and I'm happy with how they ride, and how to set various things in the "p" menu.

    The bike is powerful, but the NFC security is completely fake. Anyone can start the bike using the Power button without a card. The display menu is locked at P18, so you can't access P20 to activate the lock.

    First the bike is very sturdy

    First the bike is very sturdy, balanced and comfortable to ride. Fitting the battery is ok if not a little fiddly. The brakes are very good even though cable activity. I received a pair of panniers that are extremely good. The suspension is adequate for the bike price and the seat is fine. The display has no instructions to change anything, I had to go onto YouTube to find a way to change to miles travelled and speed. I would definitely have given 5 stars had this been the case. All in all a superb bike for the price, well done you all. Im 75 year's old and can't tell you how east this bike is to handle.

    Only small issue was the communication from tje courier company, it looked like spam because there was so much of it and it never mentioned Samebike. However it arrived within four working days and we had a phone call from the driver all of which is positive 👍👍👍

    Only been out couple of times but seems good. Good value for money. Only minor issues are that getting the battery out a little tricky and folding in half bit awkward. I'm sure it'll get easier with
    practice. Had lots of messages from courier but thought they were spam as didn't know they were delivering the bikes. They also gave no notice of delivery so had to rush home from work to put boxes safely indoors.

    NFC card operation misleading.

    Nice but hard to essemble

    Overall it is smooth and very nice. However it took a while to essemble as the instructions were not clear, nor was the video either because it was too fast.
    Make sure to do the safety check and you are all good to go.
